Free Shipping: Available on all orders within the continental U.S.

Processing Times:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST (Monday-Friday) ship same day
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST ship next business day
  • Weekend orders ship the following Monday

Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout with pricing based on your location

International Shipping: Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination

EXCHANGES
If you are exchanging an item, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You have 30 days from your purchase date to request a return. After this period, we're unable to process refunds or exchanges.

Return Requirements:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging required
  • Receipt or proof of purchase needed

How to Return: Email us at hello@margopaige.com and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Please Note: Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (unless due to our error) are not eligible for refund.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account: Verify the refund hasn't already posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company: Processing can take several business days.
  3. Contact your bank: There may be additional processing time on their end.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for a refund.
